## SECTION 2 - CUSTOM PRODUCTS & MADE-TO-ORDER NATURE
* **Print-on-Demand Execution:** All apparel, merchandise, and products offered on Shophere are produced on demand upon order confirmation through third-party manufacturing partners, including **Qikink Printing Services**.
* **Color & Display Variations:** We make every effort to display product colors and prints as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on monitor display settings, garment fabric types, and digital printing methods (DTG, Screen Print, or Sublimation).
* **Sizing Tolerances:** Standard garment production allows for a industry-accepted sizing variance of **±0.5 to ±1.0 inches**. Such minor variations are standard in garment manufacturing and do not constitute a defect.

## SECTION 3 - ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
* **Order Acceptance:** We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including inventory errors, pricing inaccuracies, or suspected fraud.
* **Cancellations:** Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, **cancellations or modifications are only accepted within 15 minutes of order placement**. Once an order has entered production with our print partner, it cannot be canceled or changed.

* Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
* We accept payments via secure online options (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pincodes.
* For COD orders, customers agree to pay the full invoice amount upon delivery. Repeated delivery refusals may result in COD privileges being revoked for future orders.
