Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Processing & Production Time All our products are made-to-order. Standard order processing and printing take 2 to 3 business days before the package is handed over to our shipping partners.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
Standard Domestic Delivery (India): Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location and pincode.
Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote areas serviced via India Post may take between 3 to 15 business days.
3. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS containing a tracking link and tracking ID to monitor your package's status in real-time.
4. Payment Methods We accept both Prepaid payment options (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
5. Damaged or Lost Packages If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package, and we will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue.
